Tak\u017ee v\u0161echno opat\u0159en\u00ed m\u00e1 sv\u00e9 pro i proti, ale bohu\u017eel v dne\u0161n\u00ed dob\u011b z\u00e1jem o hypot\u00e9\u010dn\u00ed \u00fav\u011bry ji\u017e nejsou v takov\u00e9 m\u00ed\u0159e. Te\u010f je vcelku mo\u017en\u00e9, \u017ee kdy\u017e n\u011bkdo bude m\u00edt dostate\u010dn\u00fd finan\u010dn\u00ed obnos, tak nebude m\u00edt probl\u00e9m si vyb\u00edrat bydlen\u00ed sv\u00fdch sn\u016f. Ov\u0161em co je nedostatkov\u00fdm zbo\u017e\u00edm, to jsou pozemky. Ono toti\u017e mnohdy vyjde levn\u011bji si postavit svoje vlastn\u00ed bydlen\u00ed a v\u011bd\u011bt v\u0161e o historii stavby, ne\u017e investovat do n\u011b\u010deho jin\u00e9ho. Pokud nalezneme m\u00edsto na\u0161ich sn\u016f, kde bychom cht\u011bli stav\u011bt, tak nen\u00ed probl\u00e9m si o dan\u00e9m prostoru n\u011bco v\u00edce zjistit.Hypot\u00e9ka na pozemek m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt dostupn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed, ne\u017e si v\u016fbec m\u016f\u017eeme pomyslet. Nav\u00edc podle statistiky, pozemky budou m\u00edt st\u00e1le svoji hodnotu a to obzvl\u00e1\u0161t\u011b, pokud budou v \u00fazemn\u00edm pl\u00e1nu jako stavebn\u00ed parcely. Pokud je\u0161t\u011b nav\u00edc zde budou m\u00edt s\u00edt\u011b a infrastrukturu, tak to bude \u00fapln\u011b to nejlep\u0161\u00ed. Na takov\u00e9m pozemku se nemus\u00ed za\u010d\u00edt hned stav\u011bt, sta\u010d\u00ed si po\u0159\u00eddit celoro\u010dn\u00ed mobiln\u00ed d\u016fm, kter\u00fd poskytne p\u0159esn\u011b takov\u00e9 stabiln\u00ed z\u00e1zem\u00ed jako klasick\u00e1 stavba domu.
